Enamo Grip – two component urethane top coat for color and UV protection with industrial strength to guard against chemical splash and acid rain. Enamo Grip provides an automotive-type coating finish with self-leveling properties. Available in clear and custom colors.

Enamo Grip 5000– two component polyester high solids coating for protection against vapors, acid rain, and other harsh chemical environments while giving a car-like finish and UV protection. Can withstand Skydrol® hydraulic fluids used in aircraft when applied to flooring. Available in clear and custom colors.

HPC® Coating– single component water-based coating designed to insulate hot pipes or surfaces that load up to 500 degrees F. The coating is not a reflective coating, but works to block the loading of higher heats and to resist the transfer of heat through the coating to the cooler side. Holds heat in the surface in which it covers. Always ask what the temperature inside the unit is and not the heat on the surface. Once coated, the surface will be equal to the interior temperature which could be 200-300 degrees F higher than what is registering on the exterior.

HPC® HT Coating – two component coating designed to be sprayed directly to hot surfaces while in operation and to insulate hot pipes or surfaces that load up to 450 to 1112 degrees F. HPC®-HT Coating mixes a large water-based Part A with a flammable smaller Part B that becomes non-flammable when ready to use and spray. The resins must be sprayed while the surface is hot to achieve dry down and full curing.

HSC™ Coating– single component water-based coating designed to insulate hot pipes or surfaces that load up to 350 degrees F. The coating is not a reflective coating, but works to block the absorption of heat and to resist the transfer of heat through the coating to the cooler side.

LINING KOTE UHS – two component epoxy formula for acid protection to prevent corrosion and deterioration of tank linings and holding areas against acids/chemicals.

Mastic Sealing Tape – self adhesive, polyester reinforced tape used to seal over cracks and flashings.

Moist Metal Grip– two component epoxy formula for corrosion control over condensating or wet surfaces of any kind. Moist Metal Grip can be applied by brush or roller to force the coating into the surface pores, to replace the moisture or water, and to lock down and prevent the combination of moisture and air to allow corrosion to exist or continue. Available in clear, white, and custom colors.

Omega Fire™– single component coating designed to withstand 2200 degrees F (1204 degrees C) direct flame and resist heat transfer to backside. This coating has not obtained UL certification as yet, but has performed many of the UL testing profiles to verify its’ capabilities. Adjustments have been made after all the initial testing to perfect its’ performance, and initial beam testing is scheduled for August 2019. Some initial testing along the way have given up to 7-hour fire rating performance and passed the NYC 2-hour support beam testing as well as fire protection for shipping containers.

Rust Grip® – Unequaled Corrosion Protection – Over 1,000,000 feet (30,000 Joints) of Completion Tubulars (Offshore Drill Pipe) with Zero Corrosion Downgrades.

Rust Grip®– single component urethane formula applied directly to rust or blasted metal surfaces. 6780 psi surface tensile strength. Pull test results in the field and lab average 1200 psi and in the field over blasted surface at 2200 psi. Extremely tough, anchors itself inside the pores of the metal surface or surface rust to block moisture and air from developing corrosion. Simple to use and extremely effective against all corrosive environments. Applied only to completely dry surfaces.

SP APC Strippable– single component non-stick coating designed to be applied over metal, glass, or plastics and adhere until the coating is cut on the edge and can be pulled or peeled off in one sheet. Specifically designed for use over aircraft canopy and instrument panels for the application of Super Therm®. This strippable allows the coating system to stay in place, then cut to release surface tension and to remove by simply pulling the entire coating system off within minutes with no residue. This coating has many uses where overspray from other paints is a problem and can be applied over areas needing the protection.

SP HT Metal Sealer– single component water-based coating using specific ceramic fiber loads to prevent corrosion and CUI for application directly on high heat metal surfaces at temperatures of 392 to 1112 degrees F. The coating must be applied while the surface is hot to achieve dry down and full curing.

SP Interlock – single component water-based coating containing a combination of non-acidic water-soluble agents, which penetrate through the open pores of aged concrete. SP INTERLOCK sets up a chemical reaction (within the concrete) with the salts and limes present. Unlike other sealants, SP Interlock works from the inside out. This is not a surface sealant. SP Interlock works to replace solids lost by age and weathering.

SP Liquid Membrane® – single component true rubber coating sprayed or rolled to offer water protection and provide flexibility over surfaces that move by expansion and contraction – roofs, pipes, etc.

SP Seal Coat HT– single-component water-based coating used as a top coat over HPC® Coating or other base materials to seal the surface for high heat temperatures up to 500 degrees F and for moisture protection. It remains flexible and is resistant to cycle water sprays.

SP Texture Coating – single component water-based coating containing a mixture of high-performance ceramics and acrylics specially blended for breathability, adhesion, flexibility, and toughness. Additional lightweight aggregate compound is added into the formulation to ensure a texture yet having added characteristics not found in standard dry mix ratios of stucco. SP Texture Coat was designed to coat a variety of surface structures on metal, wood, stone, concrete, fiberglass or composites.

SP Wood Box Paint– single component water-based coating made for wood. Applied directly to the wood surface without primer with tannin blockers to resist bleed through and IR blockers for long term weathering and radiation protection.

Sunshield– single component water-based reflective coating made with acrylics but using our highest quality of reflective ceramic compounds to outperform all similar “reflective” coatings advertised in the market. Not as long lasting as Super Therm®, but does a great job of repelling the initial radiation heat on the surface it covers.

Super Base– single component water-based coating used over roofing as a base coat before applying Super Therm®. Used to fill and seal cracks and breaks in the roof substrate. Must have some pitch on the roof and no ponding areas.

Super Therm® – single component water-based coating for exterior surfaces to block and repel 95% of the radiation heat (UV, Short Wave and Long Wave) and to prevent heat load into the initial surface or envelope of the building or structure. Uses four ceramic compounds designed to match the heat waves from the sun. Used in oil fields and heavy industrial as well as commercial. Has 18 to 20-year life application histories showing no more than 10% loss of performance even after becoming dirty and weathered. Not just a reflective coating. Applied at only 10 mils (thickness of a credit card or business card) to face the sun and prevent the radiational heat from loading onto the surface.
